Checkin Housing ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application operated by RATCO that helps students and staff manage student housing and book rooms. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Checkin Housing app may collect from you, how we use and protect that information, and your rights in relation to it.

Scope

This policy applies to the Checkin Housing mobile application and any features, services or functionality offered through it. By using the app you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What information we collect

No data is pre-entered into the app by us. We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you use the app.

• Booking and housing data: Information related to room bookings, building/floor/suite/room selections, reservation dates and related preferences you submit within the app.
